Can’t Make Chef to Chef? Join Us on the Livestream

By Joanna DeChellis, Editorial Director, Club + Resort Business | February 27, 2019

#C2C2019 is nearly sold out. So if we can’t get you all in one room, we’ve decided to at least get you in a virtual one.

Too busy taking a career changing exam? In the throes of a complete menu change? Maybe you’re painfully understaffed and you can’t break away from the kitchen. Whatever is keeping you from attending the 2019 Chef to Chef Conference, you are in luck.

#C2C2019 is nearly sold out, but due to an overwhelming demand from our community of club and resort chefs, we’ve decided to livestream our keynote presentation on Facebook. (If you don’t yet, follow us here.)

That means you can listen to Chef John Folse, CEC, AAC—who is as much an icon in the Louisiana culinary scene as gumbo and crawfish—deliver his keynote address, Possibilities: The Life of a Chef, from the comfort of your office or home.

Simply tune in on Sunday, March 10th at 8:15 PM CST/9:15 PM EST.

Also, be sure to keep up-to-date on all the news coming out of the Chef to Chef Conference via Club & Resort Business’s daily e-newsletter. We’ll also share all the stories, fun, and photos from the conference live on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter (don’t forget to use #C2C2019).

The goal of the Chef to Chef Conference is to facilitate connections between club chefs so that you can share challenges, find solutions and collectively elevate the caliber of your food and beverage operations. And while hundreds of Chefs, Food & Beverage Directors and Managers are set to take part in person, we know there are many more who can’t make it to New Orleans.

So, if we can’t get you all in one room, we’ve decided to at least get you in a virtual one.

P.S. We have limited spaces left. If you would like to attend Chef to Chef in person, register here.
