Kayleigh, a golden retriever, has a neat little trick that raises smiles every day at the Whitetail Golf Course in Charleston, Maine.
This resourceful canine has learned how to save golfers a trip by valeting golf cart keys and bringing them back to the clubhouse, reports Mail Online.
At the end of each round, golfers simply park their carts, walk over to Kayleigh and hand her the key to the cart. She takes it inside, returns it to where the keys are kept and goes back outside to wait for the next cart.
According to her owners, she started helping out on her own one day when a customer decided to test her by giving her the key—and she hasn’t stopped since.
“New golfers are pretty stunned,” reports one golfer. “Everybody laughs. The ones that are used to it give her the key and then go to the parking lot.”
