The membership recently approved a $500,000 renovation of the club’s casual dining venue, The Cabana Grille.
An exciting 36-hole golf course renovation project began last summer at Boca Woods Country Club, Boca Raton, Fla., and is nearing completion. The sand bunkers will be enhanced with new high-quality sand and the cart paths will be completely restored. In addition, the ladies’ and senior tees will be carefully placed to make the Lakes Course even more appealing to juniors, women and seniors. In addition, improvements were made to to the club’s practice facilities.
Boca Woods CC also recently hired Jason Sprankle as the new Greens Superintendent. Sprankle comes from Turtle Creek Golf Club in Tequesta, Fla. where he served for seven years.
Looking forward, the Boca Woods CC membership recently approved a $500,000 renovation of the club’s casual dining venue, The Cabana Grille, as well as a pool area renovation.
Executive Chef, Dominick Laudia, designed a new kitchen with all-new equipment to create an exciting and diverse menu. The new Grille has a pick-up window for golfers and will best serve the changing demographics of the club.
The pool area will be enhanced with lush Florida landscaping, potted plants and flowers. New patio furniture and umbrellas will also be added.
