Ingredients:
1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
1/4 cup or about 6-7 frozen raspberries
1/4 fluid ounce egg white
2 fluid ounce gin (94Proof)
1.5 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
Ice
Garnish: Dehydrated raspberry powder
Procedure:
- Add simple syrup and frozen raspberries in the bottom of a shaker; muddle.
- Add egg whites, gin, lemon juice and ice to the shaker and shake hard with tin on tin.
- Strain in to coupe glass.
- Garnish the top of the drink with a sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry powder.
