Ginn Development Co. LLC’s private high-end country club in Lake County is opening its doors to a select few who live outside the community gates. The planned high-end Bella Collina community in Montverde, Fla. previously allowed only its homeowners to join its upscale golf and country club.

But now, Bella Collina has introduced an “invitational membership,” which allows non-property owners to join. Initiation fees for the invitation-only memberships range from $2,500 to $7,500, while monthly dues run from $100 to $600, Tom Kelley, the Bella Collina Club’s General Manager, told the Orlando Business Journal.

Kelley declined to share the number of memberships that have been sold, nor did he share how many would be made available to non-owners.
