Vienna, Va.-based Billy Casper Golf (BCG) has been retained by the Prince William County Park Authority in suburban Washington, D.C. to manage Forest Greens Golf Club, General’s Ridge Golf Course and Prince William Golf Course.
BCG will oversee all aspects of operations, course and property maintenance, marketing and public relations, staffing and training, merchandising, clubhouse, food and beverage, financial management, golf instruction and special events.
The three courses will be enrolled in the Audubon International “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” program, ensuring high standards protecting the environment and preserving the natural heritage of golf. Results include efficiencies in maintenance, insurance premiums, energy, water, pesticides, fertilizer, equipment wear and labor.
The engagement increases BCG’s portfolio to 10 courses in Virginia and 17 in the Mid-Atlantic region.
