The F&B operation at the Lincondale, N.Y., club will now be headed by a Culinary Industry of America graduate with 25 years of club and restaurant experience.
Anglebrook Golf Club in Lincolndale, N.Y. has named Steve Quattrocchi as its new Executive Chef. Quattrocchi was most recently Executive Chef at Rock Ridge Country Club in Newtown, Conn., and Executive Chef and General Manager of the Finch Tavern in Croton Falls, N.Y. In total he brings to Anglebrook 25 years of kitchen experience and a unique cooking style that includes American regional cuisine specialties, as well as Asian fusion and traditional Italian.
Quattrocchi grew up just miles from Anglebrook and his first internship after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1990 was at Westchester Country Club.
“We interviewed plenty of chefs that had the ability to prepare five-star meals, but Steve also demonstated just how efficiently he would run the food-and-beverage operation,” said Matt Sullivan, Anglebrook General Manager, in making the announcement. “With what private clubs are up against these days, we were impressed with his ability to run a tight ship.”
Anglebrook, a private, non-equity club, opened for its 14th season of golf on April 1. Its course features a final design by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
