The project included a refreshment of the Naples, Fla. property’s entire club pool area, open pool-deck terrace, and a social room. Background finishes were replaced with custom draperies, furnishings, lighting, upgraded floors and new wall and ceiling treatments.
The revitalization of the amenity level of the Strada at Mercato Club in Naples, Fla., has been completed. The improvements included a refreshment of the entire club pool area, open pool-deck terrace that features panoramic views of the Strada at Mercato community and Naples, and a social room.
Led by Interior Designer Patricia Huamanchumo of Clive Daniel Hospitality, the commercial interior design division of Clive Daniel Home, the design work included replacement of background finishes with custom draperies, furnishings, lighting, upgraded floors, and new wall and ceiling treatments.
The resort pool deck provided inspiration for the redesign, capturing the blue hues from the water feature to allow for a natural synergy into the interiors, layering bright green accents to complement the existing bar design and cabinetry.
“Our residents are thrilled with the new design,” said LeeAnn Schechter, Board member of the Strada Condominium Association, which owns the Strada at Mercato Club, and a Committee Chair for the project. “Patricia and the CDH team did a fantastic job of revitalizing our most unique third-story club and amenity area. We look forward to working with them on other projects throughout our buildings in the future.”
Initially developed by The Lutgert Companies, which also developed the sold-out, 92-unit urban-styled Strada at Mercato, and later the Residences at Mercato, Clive Daniel Hospitality completed the original club and sales center when the property was built in 2009 and included Clive Daniel Home model units.
“The club’s areas were ready for a facelift, so we refreshed the entire club pool area, and the open terrace,” said Nancy Woodhouse, IDS, Clive Daniel Home’s VP Hospitality and Business Development,
Clive Daniel Hospitality has recently been awarded contracts to complete interiors for additional clubhouses in five prestigious Southwest Florida communities during 2020.
