All-in-One and One-for-All

By C&RB Staff | June 30, 2008

To increase awareness of its full complement of event offerings, and at the same time cut down on the "paper dump" of individual flyers and communications pieces distributed to its members, Victoria (Tex.) Country Club made an extra effort this year to finalize its summer event calendar and prepare needed marketing materials well in advance of the start of the season. Then the club took all of the individual event flyers and bound them into a handy, downsized "Summer at a Glance" booklet that was sent to all members earlier in the year.

"We have gotten some very nice compliments about the book—and better yet, have seen signups for events and activities well in advance of what we were used to," reports Chris Stewart, Club Manager. "The book really stresses the wide variety of family activities at the club, while being careful to show there is something for everyone.
