Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, Fla., has begun a $25 million development project that will introduce a new state-of-the-art 6,000-sq. ft. lifestyle complex.
The project is a major upgrade of the property’s current Esplanade, and will include an indoor/outdoor bistro restaurant, spa, fitness center, aquatics area, children’s area and tennis complex.
The pool features include a saltwater pool enhanced by lap lanes and beach entry, and oversized Jacuzzi with signature gazebo. Elegant-casual dining offers both indoor and poolside seating, and an expansive bar. At the spa, the project will create additional treatment rooms, private serenity areas, a salt room, massage studios, and additional retail capacity with modern, sleek decor. The cutting-edge fitness center will offer peloton bikes, and aerobics and pilates studios. At the tennis complex, there will also be a basketball court and pickleball court.
Completion of the project is expected in early 2019.
