Seasoned with more than 25 years of culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, universities, golf courses and catering services, Saturday has a passion for fresh food and is looking forward to introducing a new menu of classic dishes—while adding his own unique touch—to FarmLinks.
Chef Saturday has already revamped the current FarmLinks menu, adding several new entrees that make the most of Pursell Farms’ one-acre garden.
