The 2019 Chef to Chef Conference will return to the Big Easy for the eleventh annual event, which will be held March 10-12, 2019.
For the second time in its ten-year history, New Orleans will play host to the 2019 Chef to Chef Conference, March 10th through March 12th. Presented by Club & Resort Business, the annual event is geared to the specific needs and challenges of club chefs.
The 2019 Chef to Chef Conference will be hosted at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel, which is walking distance from some of the Big Easy’s best attractions. The 2019 agenda will capitalize on the success of the 2018 Conference, which was held March 4-6, 2018, at the Westin Seattle.
The 2019 Chef to Chef Conference will feature a new, club-focused agenda with talented, presenters from some of the top country clubs, golf clubs and city clubs in the U.S., who will again deliver exciting, educational insights that are unique to the club market.
“Every year, we seek out interesting ways to make the Chef to Chef Conference more exciting and educational than the year before,” says Jerry Schreck, Executive Chef of Merion Golf Club (Ardmore, Pa.) and National Program Coordinator for the Chef to Chef Conference. “It’s the only conference of its kind geared directly to club chefs, so it’s important that we deliver the best information in the best format. This will be the first year we will return to a city where we’ve already been, so the stakes are even higher.”
C&RB’s sold-out 2012 Chef to Chef Conference in New Orleans featured everything from skinned gators to instant ice-sculpture designs, with presentations on topics ranging from Cajun cuisine to buffet enhancements.
For the 2019 Chef to Chef Conference, planners are already developing a dynamic lineup that will once again feature the club industry’s top talent presenting on topics tailored to their expertise.
As always, the conference agenda will include an open night for exploring the host city’s restaurant scene, which promises to be an especially strong and popular attraction for attending in New Orleans, as it was in 2012.
Registration will open later this summer, but conference information, including highlights of previous years and updates on what’s being planned for New Orleans, can be found at www.cheftochefconference.com
