Canine Country Club will be opening this fall in North Olmsted, Ohio. The venue will feature on-site amenities, weekly classes, and programs geared towards dogs of all shapes and sizes.
This fall Jude Johansen plans to open up her first Canine Country Club in North Olmsted, Ohio, reports Cleveland.com.
“For (suburban) dogs, people work and have their canines at home all day in crates. Plus, they have small yards,” Johansen said. “This way, you can come up here and your dog can exercise. Your family can play with them.”
Canine Country Club will feature a large play area for off-leash dogs and a four-foot-deep pool. Classes, programs, and speakers will be offered weekly. The venue will also feature nationally certified canine massage therapist Diane Pekarek twice a week, reports Cleveland.com.
“People don’t have to stay here,” Johansen said. “They can drop their dog off and then go to the gym themselves while we swim or exercise their canine. It’s just like dropping your kid off at dance class. Also, we’ve got a big observation window, so they can grab a cup of coffee and watch the dogs.”
Membership cost for Canine Country Club has yet to be finalized, reports Cleveland.com.
