The Englewood, Fla., property now features The Resort, a new amenity center that includes a 2,283-sq. ft. clubhouse with cafe, full-service kitchen for resident use, a spa, and 3,302-sq. ft. pool and lounge area with chairs, tables, and a shaded tiki hut.
Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood, Fla., has opened a resort-style amenity center.
Dubbed The Resort, the new amenity center at the semi-private club mimics the architectural style of Boca Royale homes, with a distinctive Bermuda flair. The center includes a 2,283-sq. ft. clubhouse with a clubroom and cafe. A full-service kitchen includes a freezer, oven, pantry, wine cooler, dishwasher, and sink for resident use.
The Resort also features a spa and 3,302-sq. ft. pool and lounge area, complete with chairs, tables, and a shaded tiki hut.
“I am confident that the new amenity will further encourage and facilitate the socialization of our many residents in our rapidly growing community,” said General Manager Ian Fetigan. “We will be integrating many other services and features at this resort-style pool gradually. I fully expect that it will very quickly become another social hub of our community.”
Other amenities at the club include a fitness facility, an 18-hole, 72-par golf course, bocce ball, croquet, and tennis. Homeowners have access to both casual and fine dining at the clubhouse, which offers social activities for resident and non-resident members.
