C&RB’s tenth annual club chef conference will take place at the The Westin Seattle on March 4-6, 2018.
Registration for Club & Resort Business’ 2018 Chef to Chef Conference, to be held March 4-6, 2018, at The Westin Seattle is now open. Those registering before December 31, 2017 will earn a 5% early-bird registration discount. Interested chefs, cooks, food & beverage managers and general managers can register and view details about the Conference at the newly redesigned Conference website.
As in years past, the tenth annual Chef to Chef Conference will feature unique opportunities for club chefs to discuss the latest food and beverage trends, challenges, and issues, while sharing best practices with other club chefs during valuable networking opportunities.
To kick off the event, Brad Barnes, CMC, CCA, AAC, Director of Consulting and Industry Programs, The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, N.Y., will offer a keynote address on Sunday, March 4, titled “So You Are a Club Chef.” Official Conference sessions will begin the following morning, with a number of cooking demonstrations and presentations. Beyond the educational component, Chef to Chef Conference attendees will have the opportunity to explore Seattle’s culinary scene on Monday, March 5, after a reception that will feature the always-popular Mystery Basket cookoff competition.
