The California-based owner-operator plans to make more than $1 million in improvements, including expanding and renovating the fitness center, upgrading the reception area and upgrading outdoor dining.
According to an article in The Palm Beach Post, members of Indian Spring Country Club (Boynton Beach, Fla.) voted 221-2 to sell the club for an undisclosed price to Concert Golf Partners, LLC, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based owner-operator of golf properties nationwide. Concert Golf took over club operations last month.
Members are pleased with the outcome of the deal especially compared to alternative solutions like selling off pieces of the golf courses. (Indian Springs CC has two 18-hole golf courses, 26 tennis courts and a 52,000-square-foot clubhouse.)
According to The Post, Concert Golf intends to spend about $1 million in improvements including expanding and renovating the fitness center, upgrading the reception area and the outdoor dining space.
