The Boca Raton, Fla., property has completed its 153,000-sq. ft. golf clubhouse, featuring an 1,800-bottle wine cellar, boutique, library, ballroom that seats 500, and a golf shop. A photo slideshow of the new facility showcases its two restaurants, a steakhouse and a retro-themed deli.
The Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton, Fla., has completed its $50 million golf clubhouse, including two restaurants and a ballroom, and has released images, the Miami-based South Florida Business Journal reported.
The 153,000-sq. ft. clubhouse serves the 6,000 residents of the gated community. C&RB reported on plans for the project in 2015.
“Our members are thrilled to add this spectacular new clubhouse to the one-of-a-kind amenities offered at Boca West,” said Jay DiPietro, president and COO. “We built this $50 million clubhouse without a member assessment, due to strong stewardship of membership dollars.”
The golf clubhouse has two restaurants, the retro-themed deli and sports bar Grand Central and the signature steakhouse Prime Cut, which has an 1,800-bottle wine cellar. It has a boutique that resembles a high-end department store, a library and a ballroom that seats 500. There is also a golf shop on the lower level, the Business Journal reported.
