The National Club Association’s 13th annual conference, to be held at The Union League Club of Chicago, will build its programming around three themes: Strategic Issues for Private Club Governance; The Club Industry Outlook and Trends for the Future; and Legislative, Regulatory, and Legal Issues for Clubs. The conference will end in time for participants to also attend the National Restaurant Show.
After a series of events (Golf Industry Show, Club Managers Association of America World Conference, and C&RB’s 2016 Chef to Chef Conference) that were all held in San Diego in February and March, the club industry’s meeting calendar will shift to the Midwest, with private club industry professionals planning to gather in Chicago from May 19-21 for the 13th annual National Club Conference presented by the National Club Association (NCA).
The NCA’s premier event convenes industry leaders for educational programming on topics impacting private clubs across the country. This year, it has also been conveniently scheduled to allow participants to attend the National Restaurant Show, which begins on May 21 in Chicago, as part of their trip if desired.
The National Club Conference will be held at The Union League Club of Chicago, and online registration is now available on the NCA website (www.nationalclub.org). Special events during the conference will be held at The Chicago Club, The Standard Club, the Chicago Yacht Club and Conway Farms Golf Club.
Condon O’Meara McGinty Donnelly LLP is the lead sponsor for the 2016 National Club Conference. Presenting sponsors include CC Tech Partners, Judd Brown Designs & Jefferson Group Architects, Lichten Craig Architecture + Interiors, and the NCA Foundation.
