Effective January 4, the architecture and interior design firm is extending its national reach to the Midwest. The company is headquartered in Baltimore, Md., and has an office in Dallas, Texas.
Chambers will be extending its national reach with the addition of an office in Minneapolis, Minn., effective January 4, 2016. Headquartered in Baltimore, Md., since 1899 with an office in Dallas, Texas, Chambers provides architecture, interior design, purchasing and installation services, along with strategic planning, master planning and operations consulting for the private club industry.
Since the acquisition of CCI Club Design in 2013 and through Chambers’ own strategic planning efforts, the firm’s senior management team has studied potential new office locations to bring its suite of services closer to its nationwide client base.
“It just seemed to be an ideal location for us to focus on the Midwest since we have had a number of projects in the Midwest throughout the years,” said President and CEO Rick Snellinger.
Among other states in the region, Chambers is currently working in Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and South Dakota.
The newest addition to the Chambers team and a veteran of the private club industry, Rick Christensen, AIA, will be developing the Minneapolis office. “I was attracted to this opportunity with Chambers because of their 360‐degree approach to the club industry and the stellar reputation they have developed over the years working in some of the finest clubs in the country,” said Christensen. “I look forward to growing the new office.”
Chambers has been working in the private club industry since its first engagement with Baltimore Country Club in the mid 1940’s. Chambers is also a Corporate Alliance Partner of the Club Managers Association of America, providing significant support to the continuing education and advancement of the private club industry.
