Jamie Rowsey of Druid Hills GC, Cary Spence of River Hills Club and Christopher Watkins of Gaillardia CC are the latest to be named Certified Club Managers by the Club Managers Association of America.
The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) has named three new recipients of the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation. The designation, which was established in 1965 and is marking its 50th anniversary this year, is awarded to club management professionals who complete a rigorous course of study and training and show a dedication to proficiency and expertise in club management.
To receive the CCM designation, one must be a Professional member of CMAA for at least six years, invest time in specified education requirements, attend at least one World Conference on Club Management and maintain activity within their local chapter. After these conditions have been met, the individual must pass the CCM Exam.
The latest CMAA members to successfully meet all CCM requirements include:
