Brookfield Residential, developer of Heritage Shores, has announced the approval and dedication of Phase III of facility enhancements for the active-adult golf community in Bridgeville, Del.
Named Eagle Springs at Heritage Shores, Phase III will include a new fitness and aquatic center, bocce and pickleball courts, new parks and a performance lawn with waterside dining, and a Market House offering seasonal favorites.
Heritage Shores, ranked as one of the top 50 master-planned communities in the U.S. by Where To Retire magazine, will add these facilities to its 18-hole, Arthur Hills-designed golf course and its clubhouse that features the Passwaters Restaurant.
