In his new role with the the clubhouse planning, architecture, and interior design firm, Terradista will work to expand the company’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. Terradista previously served as General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage of the New York Athletic Club for nearly 30 years.
Judd Brown Designs and Jefferson Group Architects is welcoming Len Terradista, who will be responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. Judd Brown Designs/Jefferson Group Architects is a clubhouse planning, architecture and interior design firm.
Len was named General Manager of the prestigious New York Athletic Club in 1991, after six years as Director of Food and Beverage, totaling almost 30 years with the institution. Under his guidance, the New York Athletic Club was named Platinum Club status as the number one athletic club in the country and the number one private club in New York State.
Len has left New York City and is taking on a business development role representing Judd Brown Designs and Jefferson Group Architects in the Mid-Atlantic. He will be splitting his time between the Charlotte, N.C., and Charleston, S.C., areas, where he will focus on participation in local and national CMAA chapter events and other networking opportunities with the goal of uncovering potential clubhouse planning and design opportunities in the area.
