The Governors Club, a members-only golf club south of Nashville in Brentwood, Tenn., recently announced a change in its membership structure by eliminating its Silver membership, which was introduced during the renovation of the golf course. The Gold membership will now be reintroduced to the market in its place.
Gold membership at The Governors Club includes full playing privileges at the 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature course, which is maintained at championship course conditions. Gold membership also includes full use of The Governors Club clubhouse, which features the Palmer Dining Room with adjoining Lakeview Veranda.
In addition, men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with card areas, saunas and steam rooms, the 19th Hole Grille and a full-service pro shop are all available to members and included in the Gold membership fee, as is the clubhouse swimming pool with cabana bar.
In addition to the Gold membership, which is 80% refundable, The Governors Club will continue to offer Bronze and Social memberships, which allow members limited golf and access to all other club amenities.
