Brown’s Run Country Club in Madison Township, OH has tapped Ivor Roberts to be its Executive Chef. His resume includes three stints at Manchester Inn that spanned 42 years; seven years at the Blue Goose, several years at the Brass Rail Restaurant and, most recently, four months at Forest Hills Country Club. He has cooked for President John F. Kennedy, Ricky Nelson, Barbara Bush and probably half of the city. No wonder Brown’s Run membership director George Heddleston called Roberts "the most beloved Middletown chef."
Brown’s Run, a private club, recently hired Tartan Management Co., based in Dublin, Ohio, to take over daily operations. Tartan signed a three-year agreement.
