The Club at Mediterra Plans $12M Clubhouse Expansion

Members have approved the project, which will see the first phase of work in summer 2018 and the second in summer 2019. The project will add 23,895 sq. ft. to the clubhouse and renovate 7,164 sq. ft. of existing space, adding an outdoor covered dining area, expanding the ballroom, and upgrading and expanding the lower level for staff needs.
