Minor Award by the American Culinary Federation, in recognition of how he “exemplifies the highest standard of professionalism in today’s kitchen through certification, continued education and training, culinary competitions and community involvement.”
Pope Francis Uses Golf Cart from The Union League During Philadelphia Visit
When the Pope needed a way to get around the grounds at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood, Pa., a member of The Union League of Philadelphia found a way to provide a six-person, electric golf cart featuring the club’s emblem. What will happen to the golf cart going forward has yet to be determined.
