Renaissance Golf Group Acquires Compass Pointe and Magnolia Greens Courses
The Raleigh, N.C.-based company purchased the courses in Brunswick County, N.C., along with a portion of the Compass Pointe residential development, from Brunswick Golf Holdings LLC for $2.97 million.
