Sugar Cane Manhattan

Ingredients
2 ozs. Cachaça Leblon Signature
¾ oz. Martini Rosso
1 sugar cube
4 drops oorange bitter
1 lemon zest
Procedure:
· Macerate in a mixing glass one sugar cube with four drops of orange bitter
· Add the Martini Rosso, Leblon Signature and shake
· Add ice ball to a cognac glass
· Strain from the mixing glass to the cognac glass
· Add a zest of lemon for decoration
