Touchline allows you to store up to 1,000 recipes, which can be saved in your USB key and repeated in any other air-o-convect Touchline equipped kitchen around the world. This is the ideal solution when you need to replicate the menus, ensuring the same cooking and taste standards at all times. In addition, the multiphase cooking cycles (up to 16 different phases) allow to further improve the performances of your oven, achieving excellent food quality with a vast amount of various recipes.
Thanks to the MAKE-IT-MINE feature all the user interface functions can be fully personalized and the resulting personal configuration can be locked with a password and downloaded to a USB key for easy replication. Your control panel will be unique, just like your fingerprint.
air-o-convect Touchline provides fully automatic cleaning: just select one of the four pre-set cycles and press start. At the end of the process your oven will be perfectly clean, ready for next day’s cooking.
