When it reopens in October after completing a half-million-dollar course enhancement project, the Fountain Hills, Ariz. club will participate in the management firm’s programs for rewards, vacations and group/tournament opportunities.
SunRidge Canyon Golf Club, in Fountain Hills, Ariz., has announced that it will enter an alliance with Troon when it reopens this October. SunRidge is nearing the completion of a half-million-dollar project that will enhance its Keith Foster-designed golf course with new Champion Bermuda greens, expanded putting surfaces, enhanced playability and improvements to its expansive practice facility, which will host nationally recognized instructors.
Upon the club’s re-opening on October 2, SunRidge Canyon will welcome and participate in Troon programs such as Troon Rewards, Troon Golf Vacations, Team Troon group/tournament opportunities and more. SunRidge Canyon will immediately be added to the popular Troon Card program as a participating club for both the Arizona and National Twosome and Foursome card programs.
SunRidge Canyon is now also the global home to Hot Stix Golf, the leader in technology-based club fitting by certified club-fitters, utilizing proprietary fitting software and state-of-the-art technology.
“We are thrilled to welcome Troon’s expertise to SunRidge Canyon Golf Club,” said Don Misheff, the club’s owner. “SunRidge has long enjoyed a great reputation, and we are excited about our new alliance and are confident that both local and traveling Troon customers and members will appreciate the golf, dining, instructional and club-fitting experience offered here at SunRidge.
“Our staff takes great pride in providing our customers a total experience that doesn’t end on the 18th green,” Misheff added.
“We are pleased to be involved with SunRidge Canyon Golf Club,” said John Easterbrook, Troon’s Executive Vice President of Operations. “The property is well known for its unique location and impressive championship golf course, and we are excited to offer our popular Troon programs. We are confident that Troon’s impact will contribute positively to the overall value and experience.”
