Premier Club Holdings, LLC has purchased the Clearwater, Fla., club from Fore Golf at an undisclosed price. The private club features an 18-hole Joe Lee/Bob Cupp Signature Course, a 50,000-sq. ft. clubhouse, a lighted Har-Tru tennis facility, swimming complex and fitness center.
Feather Sound Country Club, an 18-hole Joe Lee/Bob Cupp Signature Course located in Clearwater, Fla., has been sold to Premier Club Holdings, LLC.
Steven Ekovich, Managing Director of National Golf & Resort Properties Group and lead agent on the asset sale, represented the seller, Fore Golf. The buyer, Premier Club Holdings, LLC, is new to the golf industry but was a major player in the insurance industry.

The golf course at this exclusive, private club has plenty of inlets, lakes and mangroves due to its location on Tampa Bay, making it one of the most challenging and unique courses in the area. The club also offers members Tour-quality practice facilities, including PGA and USPTA Professional instruction.
